I almost never use traditional debugging tools, by habit I code small debug tools into the applications while I write them, and generally I’m just a hacker on the run, and I don’t have time to mess with bulky debuggers.
But since I just stumbled upon some articles about the subject, I thought this might be the time to try some of the latest debugger tricks.

Sun releases JavaMail 1.3.2

Sun Microsystems has released version 1.3.2 of the JavaMail API.

“The JavaMail API 1.3.2 release contains over 25 bug fixes and several new features, including: SSL/TLS support for all protocols, STARTTLS support for the IMAP and SMTP protocols, SASL support for the IMAP protocol and access to detailed SMTP error codes.”

Scientists find new human species

SHE stands a metre tall, has a brain the size of a chimpanzee and her knuckles reach down to her knees – meet homo floresiensis, pin-up girl of the scientific world.

Homo floresiensis
Just one of the family … homo floresiensis.
The newly discovered species of human, dubbed “the Hobbit”, is being hailed as the most significant scientific find of the past century and was unearthed by NSW archaeologists.

Named after the Indonesian island of Flores where she was found, the female is thought to have been 30 years old when she died of natural causes.
