More than 18 years of experience with software development, over 29 years experience with life.
Located in wonderful Copenhagen, Denmark.
I am the owner and co-founder of Bytefarmers.com, and it’s IT consulting and development company by the same name.
I have a lot of experience with large IT solution projects, ranging from global corporate websites, portals, search & digital identity to telecom integration solutions, mobile content aggregation and transaction systems, frameworks for enterprise class web application interfaces.
I have been building content management platforms since 1995, mainly based on Java and JavaScript architecture, with high focus on security, usability and extensibility.
Other than that I am always doing a dozen of personal projects, when I have some “spare” time.

The portal project and it’s subprojects will be released under an open source license by GBIF. The project is created using Java and open internet standards (XHTML, CSS, JS, XML, AJAX, RDF, Schemas, XSL, Web Services).
